Shirmy's Curious PJ named after the founder of Drumshanbo gin... And the acronym also happens to be where the bar is located - Petaling Jaya.
Playing up the oriental ingredients of the Gin, Shirmy added cointreau, lime juice, pink rock salt, grapefruit bitters with kaffir lime and watermelon slices garnish.
It's easy to go fast with this one - flavours are subtle. But drink it slow and you'll be rewarded with your watermelon slices soaked with the G&T which are absolutely delicious.
